Shipping Information

We ship within Australia ONLY, Delivery time frames take 3-10 days depending on your location. We are located in QLD, if your shipping address is within QLD it takes 2-3 working days and can take up to 10 working days to locations like Western Australia or Northern Territory.

We will endeavour to meet stated time frames for delivery, however many factors (some of which are beyond our control) can affect these time frames and we cannot guarantee that they will always be met.

We ship the majority of our items via Australia Post and Fastway Couriers. All of our items are traceable with tracking numbers. You are able to track your item on the postal service's websites that your items have been sent with.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery you will be left a card inside your mailbox requesting you to contact the postal service or pick up at your local post office. When your item is dispatched you will receive a notification email.

On the very rare occasion that a parcel may go missing we need to lodge an investigation with the courier company. This investigation can take 5-10 working days for the courier company to complete.

If you have received anything that is not correct, faulty or damaged please email us or call 1300 855 514 and we will discuss how to rectify this as quickly and as smoothly as possible for you.

Returns and Replacements

Change of Mind Returns -

Please order carefully as we do not refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind or you have made an error in finalising your order (such as choosing an incorrect size or colour). We may allow an exchange ONLY (at our election) on a case-by-case basis for such returns, provided that the item in question is:

(a) returned within 28 days of order;
(b) not used(and contains original tags and/or packaging); and
(c) not damaged in any way.
(d) the item is in a condition we can resell the product
(e) all packaging must be in tact

If we allow a return in these circumstances, we will ask you to follow the returns process outlined below. If we allow a return in these circumstances, we will provide you with an exchange only when we receive the returned product minus the original shipping cost.

Except in circumstances where you have been sent an item that was not what you ordered, return postage is at your expense.

Process for Returns -

When returning a product, please contact us via our email address Once contacted we will advise you of the best way to return the product(s) and provide you with the details you will need. Replacement of products, refunds and repairs will not be made until the original product is received by us.

We will not refund a purchase or replace a product where in our reasonable opinion the product has following sale to you become of unacceptable quality due to misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.

How to Order

We strive to make your shopping experience as pleasurable and easy as possible. Once you have found an item you want to purchase, click on the item name or image, and follow the instructions below.

Registration -

You don't have to register with our site before you make a purchase, but we advise it. This is in order to track your purchases and view the status of each order that you make. There benefits to registering with us, the main one is that you can easily login and see your details and order record and history, plus, it helps us serve you better. Once you register, shopping with our store becomes faster. Your details are saved to enable you to speed through the checkout process. If you are a returning customer you do not need to register again, you only have to sign in and begin using the website.

Step 1.
Select a product and the quantity.

Step 2.
Clicking on the "Add to Cart" button adds the selected item to your electronic shopping trolley and then you will be directed to the shopping cart page to review your selection. You will have a choice to edit, continue shopping or checkout. Progress of your cart can be viewed at any time on top of your screen.

If you choose edit, you will be directed to the product page where you can update your quantities. You may remove any items from your cart by clicking on "trash can" icon. You may also continue shopping for more items to be shipped to the same address.

Step 3.
Proceed to the checkout by clicking on the "Checkout" button. A progress bar appears on the right side of the screen advising what stage of the purchase you are currently completing. Complete the shipping details for your purchase.

Step 4.
Choose how you would like to pay. Click on the "Continue" button.

Step 5.
Review all the items that you have placed in your cart, the options selected for each item and check your billing and delivery details. If everything is correct, click on the "Confirm" button. If you choose Paypal you will directed to the Paypal website to fill in the remaining details.

Step 6.
Your order details will be shown. You may print this page for your records. Your order has now been delivered to us and you will shortly receive an email confirmation of the order.

Step 7.
If you would like to check the status of your order at any time, log in and click on "Your Account" button.


All warranties are repairs where possible if not the item will be a replacement. For warranties please email us at

In order to make a claim, you must provide the us with:

1. details of the defect or damage in relation to which you are making a claim under the warranty;
2. photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable;
3. your invoice (including order number) and any other proof of purchase; and
4. any other details we may need to process your claim.

If you are entitled to make a claim using warranty, we will provide you with instructions as to how the goods may be returned to us at our expense (either you will be be given a reply paid number for no charge return or, for larger items, we will organise a courier to retrieve the items).

Where goods are damaged or defective upon delivery, you must provide photographic evidence of the damage before receiving a replacement. No replacements will be made until the items are returned to After Sales Service for evaluation.

We reserve the right to determine which repair centre is the appropriate service location in each case.

You must comply with all return instructions provided to you via your registered email address when making a claim under warranty.

If any returned goods are found to be in good working order, we may seek reimbursement, at our discretion, for any costs incurred by us in relation to such goods. In such cases, you agree that we may hold your goods until such payment is received.
