IN-STORE RETURNS

If you have purchased in-store or online you can exchange your item in-store at any Skate Connection location.

If you change your mind and no longer want your items, please return it to us in-store within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit equal to the value paid for the item.

With your exchange, you must provide:

- The product and any packaging, tags and ticketing in original, new and unused condition.
- Proof of purchase

Clearance items are not eligible for returns.

For health and sanitary reasons socks cannot be exchanged.

No change of mind refund is permitted.

If the item is deemed to have a genuine manufacturing fault, a refund may be issued. Proof of purchase is required for all items with a manufacturing fault.

ONLINE RETURNS

If you change your mind and no longer want your purchased items please return it to us in-store or online within 30 days for an exchange or store credit equal to the value paid. Once we receive your return we can ship out the exchange or issue a store credit for you. Please be aware that we do charge our standard shipping fee of $15 to resend an item.

Clearance items and some Sale items are considered as a final sale and does not qualify for an exchange or refund.

For health and sanitary reasons socks cannot be exchanged.

Refunds for change of mind purchases (this includes wrong sizes purchased) are given within 14 days and a restocking fee is charged. 

The restocking fee is 20% of the total amount paid for the item with a cap of $50. You will not pay more than $50 for the restocking fee per item.

The customer is responsible for the safe return of the item and any postage costs. The item must be in brand new, unused condition to be returned. Postage costs will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made through our online store only and to the original payment method. Skate Connection retail stores are unable to process refunds for online purchases.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded or exchanged. If the item is deemed to have a genuine manufacturing fault, a refund can be issued. Proof of purchase is required for all items with a manufacturing fault.

Follow these steps to make a return request for refund or exchange:

1. Contact customer service to notify about the return request, available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (AEST) on (07) 5646 8164 or email customerservice@skateconnection.com.au

2. You may choose to place a new order to avoid missing out or wait for the returned item to be delivered and make the exchange. If a new order is placed we can refund the original order once the item is received back.

3. Please include your name and order number so we can identify your order when it is returned. You can also fill out the return request form: print your return request here
4. Provide proof of purchase

5. Pack the items in original conditions with tags into a protected packaging to avoid damage during delivery

6. Post parcel to online customer service

Please note that you will have to pay for the shipping costs.   We recommend that you return items using a trackable postage method. Skate Connection is not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit.  Once we have received the product, we will assess the conditions of the items and issue the refund/exchange. 

GIFT VOUCHERS

Online and in-store gift vouchers cannot be refunded.

AFTERPAY

If you return your items purchased online with Afterpay and are valid for a refund, your initial payment will be returned in full and the remaining payments cancelled at no extra charge.

ZIPPAY

If you return your items purchased online with Zippay and are valid for a refund, your Zip Account will be credited with the refund amount. The Funds are put towards the balance owing on your account.
